Grand Central Birmingham – We’ll Meet At… Campaign: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: Grand Central Limited Partnership (acting by its General Partner Grand Central (GP) Limited), c/o Hammerson PLC, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London, N1 9GE.
  2. Between 12th June and 7th July 2017 a number of Grand Central social fans will be randomly rewarded with an invitation to a complimentary experience with a Grand Central retailer.
  3. Social fans will be selected at the discretion of Grand Central, whose decision shall be final
  4. This is a limited promotion with a maximum of  40 rewards to issue to fans
  5. In order to redeem their reward, recipients of the digital invite must share their invite with one of their social friends on the designated social channel inviting them to join them on the experience using the hashtag #MeetMeAtGC
  6. The chosen fan will have 1 week to acknowledge their reward, via the above process, before it becomes void.
  7. Once fans have acknowledged their reward, Grand Central will confirm the experience and booking date via a direct message on the designated social channel
  8. Chosen fans will have 30days from receiving the first direct message to redeem their experience with a Grand Central retailer.
  9. Fans will be asked to share photographs of their experience via social channels using #MeetMeAtGC
  10. The Promotion will commence at 08:00 on 12th June and will end at 11:59pm on 7th July 2017.
  11. One experience will be rewarded per person of which, one other person only is invited to attend the experience with them.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their dependents, suppliers and retailers or any person connected with this random act of kindness are not eligible to be rewarded.
  13. The fan will be notified of their reward by a digital invite which will be sent either via Facebook or Instagram (dependent on the platform they are on) and further contact details may be requested in order to arrange for collection of their reward.
  14. The reward is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances arising beyond its control.
  16. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and by accepting the Promotion you agree that you will make no claim against Facebook or Instagram in respect of it.
  17. These T&C’s are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
